The heading of the sixth Great Royal Edict
The Slitronian Great King Johannes I has issued the sixth Great Royal Edict, unilaterally recognising the territorial presence of several entities operating within the geographic boundaries of Estonia. This declaration expands upon existing Slitronian policy concerning foreign state activity in the region.
Entities newly acknowledged under the edict include the Kingdom of Torgu, the Empire of Austenasia via its territory of Oppidum Tubae, the Empire of Kapreburg via its territory of Vaindloo, the Federal Republic of Smairoland, and the Principality of Ruhnu. These join the three already-recognised entities: the Revalian Kingdom, the Estonian Travaman Republic, and the Estonian Republic of Kali; bringing the total number of acknowledged territorial presences within Estonia to eight.
The edict clarifies that this recognition is strictly territorial in nature. It affirms only the presence or claimed activity of the aforementioned entities within Estonia and does not constitute diplomatic recognition of the states themselves. Furthermore, it neither endorses their political stances nor signals approval of any current or future actions undertaken by them.
