Slitronia has confirmed its involvement in two major intermicronational events: the 2025 Micronational Olympic Federation (MOF) eGames and the upcoming Microvision Song Contest.
The MOF eGames, scheduled to begin on April 8, 2025, hosted by Snagov, will mark Slitronia’s fourth appearance at the competition. The nation will be represented by two participants: Johannes I, competing in battleships, checkers, chess, Gomoku, and reversi; and Joonas S. Toome, who will participate in checkers, chess, GeoGuessr (via OpenGuessr), Minecraft archery, and Tetris. This year’s delegation marks the second time Slitronia has sent multiple representatives since the 2023 MOF eGames in Sasperian.
Separately, Slitronia has pledged to compete in the revived Microvision Song Contest, organized by the Intermicronational Broadcasting Union and hosted by Belcity. The event follows the now-defunct TVB Microvision Song Contests, which ran in 2021 and the 2022 winter before being cancelled due to logistical challenges during the 2022 summer edition. Slitronia remains one of the few nations to have participated in every iteration of the TVB contests. To select its entry, the country will hold a national song competition, the Slitroonia Laul (Slitronian Song), with details to be released at a later date.
