Following the conclusion of the Slitroonia Laul contest on 17 April to select the song to represent Slitronia at the 2026 Intermicronational Broadcasting Union (IBU) Microvision Song Contest, "I Love You Like You Are" by Valentina was voted the winner.
"I Love You Like You Are" won by a single point over the second-place entry, "Lady Carneval" by Karel Gott, earning a total of 7 points. The other two competing songs, "Bezos V" by Sparkles* & The Spiffing Brit and "Parmupillihullus" by meisterjaan, earned 3 and 2 points respectively.
"I Love You Like You Are" will represent Slitronia in the final of the 2026 IBU Microvision on 30 May.
Slitrooniat esindab 2026. aasta Mikrovisioonil laul "I Love You Like You Are"
17. aprillil lõppenud Slitroonia Laulus, millega valiti Slitroonia esindaja 2026. aasta Ülemaailmse Mikroriikliku Ringhäälingute Liidu (ÜMRL) Mikrovisiooni lauluvõistlusele, hääletati võitjaks Valentina lugu "I Love You Like You Are".
"I Love You Like You Are" võitis teisele kohale tulnud Karel Gotti laulu "Lady Carneval" ühe punktiga, kogudes kokku 7 punkti. Ülejäänud kaks võistluses osalenud laulu, Sparkles* & The Spiffing Briti "Bezos V" ning meisterjaani "Parmupillihullus", teenisid vastavalt 3 ja 2 punkti.
"I Love You Like You Are" esindab Slitrooniat 30. mail toimuval 2026. aasta ÜMRLi Mikrovisiooni finaalis.
